The land where we live and work is the traditional territory of many First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples from across Turtle Island, and is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and the Ojibway and allied nations, including the Mississaugas, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, and the Wendat peoples to peaceably share and care for the lands around the Great Lakes of North America.
