You might think that sexual harassment issues have been nearly eliminated from your workplace. But the truth is, people are still being harassed. You just might not hear about it because your employees aren’t reporting it. That’s because they might be in the dark about reporting options, or don’t trust the systems currently in place.

That’s where we come in.

Our goal is to create workplaces where employees can go to work and not get sexually harassed. That’s it. We do this by empowering you and your employees. For employees, we’ll start with accessible education on how the laws work and what to do if harassed. For leaders, we’ll work with you to improve policy and culture in order to end workplace sexual violence.

Sexual harassment is no longer an HR issue. It’s a leadership issue. Your employees need to know that their leaders are doing everything in their power to address and end workplace sexual harassment. Rosa is coming this year (2020) and was developed by Aftermetoo with The Canadian Women's Foundation. Rosa is a digital platform, centralizing laws, judicial systems, supports and reporting options across Canada should you experience or see workplace sexual harassment. ​Everything you'll see on Rosa will be in plain, simple language. ​
