The Nonprofit Employer of Choice (NEOC) award program has been helping charities identify their strengths and areas needing improvement for almost a decade, but until now has not offered full solutions to the challenges its surveys and questionnaires reveal. Effective September 1, however, thanks to a new collaboration with the Osborne Group of nonprofit consultants, the NEOC program graduates from a tool to a solution provider.
The NEOC Award has always been a leading employer brand recognition tool and a true competitive advantage for attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent. In fact, simply participating in the award provides a baseline from which organizations can grow and succeed. Now, with the participation of The Osborne Group principals, the NEOC team will also provide pro bono insights and recommendations during the initial interpretation of the data summary report. The Osborne consultants will then be available to coach leaders, develop strategies to address challenges, and build on strengths to create project plans (tailored solutions).
NEOC’s new collaboration with The Osborne Group offers nonprofit leaders extraordinary support at a reasonable price. The Osborne principals each bring extensive senior management experience in the nonprofit sector and practical, transferable skills to every assignment. They grasp situations quickly, develop customized solutions in collaboration with the client and, from day one, do the hands-on work that gets desired results.
This new service from NEOC is just one more reason to participate in the Employer of Choice Award program.
