Key Performance Indicator Survey

publication date: Oct 30, 2013

Please take the time to complete the online survey described below. Your responses will add value and insight into the research of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) in the nonprofit sector.

Nicole Clarkson is a full time student in the Fundraising Management Program at Humber College.  She is completing a research paper for a course taught by Ken Wyman titled Research, Trends and Advocacy.  The topic she has chosen to do her research paper on is Key Performance Indicators:  Are Nonprofits Using Them Too?

She is investigating the extent to which nonprofits are using for-profit best practice of Key Performance Indicators to help them deliver on their mission and strategic goals.  If so, what are nonprofit organizations measuring and how has the use of KPI’s improved their organizations’ overall performance?

This study is a project being carried out by a postgraduate student as part of course requirements in the Humber College Fundraising Management program, under the supervision of Professor Ken Wyman, and has been approved by the Humber Research Ethics Board. If you have any questions or comments, contact Humber by email or 416 675 6622 ext 3013.
