If you hold a leadership position in a small or medium-sized registered charity, PwC Canada would like to help you or your entire leadership team expand your skills. The PwC Canada Foundation has launched a six-week call for submissions for its Leadership Grants Program, which offers up to $275,000 in grants to qualifying charity leaders looking to fund professional development opportunities.
Submissions for 2014 will be accepted from September 15, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. EST until October 24, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. EST.
Grants are available in two categories:
Applicants should visit http://www.pwc.com/ca/grants, review all eligibility criteria and click on the link provided to fill out the online application form before the deadline on October 24, 2014.
This flexible program allows charities to take advantage of the development opportunity that best meets their needs. Examples could include anything from formal courses, conferences or training programs to informal learning experiences of the applicants’ own design that help advance their professional development and their organizations’ goals.
Since the launch of the Leadership Grants Program in 2006, the PwC Canada Foundation has awarded more than $1,000,000 in grants to over 400 recipients across the country.
